Paul Bellchambers
I am Paul Bellchambers, otherwise known as The Late Chef. I changed career in 2009 and I am now running a successful catering business based in Oxfordshire.
Paul Bellchambers, created The Late Chef in 2009 and is now in its third year. I started selling my food at local markets and developed a client list for both private and business catering. As the business has developed I have become a regular broadcaster on local radio, creating and running the Wallingford Food Festival, working with a number of organisations to fulfil their catering needs, demonstrating at various food festivals in the area. Recently, I have started selling my products through local farm shops. I am now developing a training aspect to the business. I have developed a range of ready prepared dishes available from the website or at the markets I am at regularly. I also have created a number of "deli" dishes including game terrine and chicken galantine which are very popular with my regular clients. I have also catered for a number of businesses in the area providing cold and hot buffets for meetings, seminars and larger events. So if you have a business event that needs catering for please give me a call. If you are looking to celebrate a special event, birthday etc then please give me a call or check the website to see what type of catering The Late Chef can do. Footnote: My IT Marketing credentials have come in very handy for developing the Wallingford Food Festival. I have presented on creating and marketing an event to a number of audiences at seminars run by the South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale District Council, ASHTAV and other organisations. I am a Member of the Federation of Small Business, Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Owner and Chef at TheLateChef
October 2009
I have created my own catering company called TheLateChef. For those who know me I completed a City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Catering in 2005, enjoyed some work experience at Le Manior au Quat'Saisons thanks to Raymond Blanc and his team. That seeded the idea for the company. I am developing a menu of dishes available online from my website and also doing catering for private parties up to 80 people. I am learning loads about starting a business and about what I can do myself. Its fun and hard work. I am enjoying not being in the nonsense that is the corporate IT vendor! Fresh air and fresh ideas! Its great!
